Title: 2001 P11 primera heater not working
Post by: Joe on 09 August, 2021, 06:35:56 PM
Hi. I need help. Replaced the digital controller   the resistor, the fan, the thermostat coolant level good and not leaking or any air locks. I got a new water pump I am going to install and then give up. Both water pipes going in to the car is hot.

If you disconnect both heater hoses and put a garden hose in one side, does water come out the other? Sounds like the core could be blocked up, or the heater valve isn't opening

Thanks for your answer. I found the motor controlling the flap at the heater core do not function. I got one from pick a part and plugged it in and no luck. It pushes me back to think it is the DCC. So I got one from pick a part and no luck. Replaced all temp sensors still no luck. I am about giving up.
