11:30 sign in, $60 per driver,

Helmet, cotton overalls and fire extinguisher required

Damn, I'd be keen if it were a month later, there's not enough left of my clutch to make it to this one.

Just out of interest, on these public track days, do you have to worry about other people driving like twits or getting silly on the track? Or is it quite well behaved / responsible?

Everyone is aware that there is no racing taking place, overtaking is in designated places. Similar speed cars grouped together and in general we won't put up with behavior that puts others in danger.

Being a track anything is possible but 9 times out of ten if you have an off then its probably your own fault. Teretonga is good that there is plenty of runoff so even if you overcook a corner you are usually safe from hitting anything
