Doh.. thats mean BANISH and LITHE would have to be in the over 2ltr classes - BANISH is 2098CC and LITHE 2196CC

I agree with Brady as well.. you can still be class racing even if you are not racing against someone in your class.. so we run a practise session for the first part of the day and then have grudge type racing (most people will proably end up wanting to race against a car in the same class as them anyway) and then at a specified point in time (like say 5 runs), the best time in each class takes out that class..

Cos I agree that there are probably too few cars for us to race only against cars in our own class.

Here are my thoughts:

Turbo (cause I don't think there'll be enough 4WDs to separate 4WD and 2WD).
4 cyl N/A
6 cyl N/A

That should leave classes manageable but still retain a fair bit of competition within them rather than have 5 people per class  :-\

That sounds good penny!! I like that!! Doesnt really matter if you race someone thats faster!! Its all about the times anyway at the end of the day!!

I would like to do some Maxima Vs Cefiro racing too!!

Line up with some Primeras And then play with the Skylines.. Is that grudge racing?

Are they running a full lighting tree.. any info on that?

killer the tree will most likely be a sportsmans tree (.500) amber-amber-amber- green

i would enjoy a king of the hill battle with the primeras, and one with the group of pulsars. then n15 pulsar vs primera grudge racing !! good do some good videos of that. lol !

grudge racing is just picking someone out that has a car you would like to race and asking them if they want to run you. it can be for fun, or bragging rights ! LOL ! we used to do one and done, best of 3 if it was close, etc.

I think there should be two classes:

- Nissans
- All other makes

There are plenty of meets where you can race in classes. How about we not over complicate things and just have some fun :)

Rock on up to the start line and race the guy next to you :)
JN15 VZR Sedan
N15 X1R - P10 powered
RNN14 GTiR
N14 GTi - Autech SR20DE
N12 EXA Turbo
U12 SSS

i agree with this as well, dont want to get to caught up in making things complicated, from a video (camcorder) prospective it would be sweet to see all the primeras line up then pulsars, then skylines, maxima,s etc.

anythings cool with me minus DYO, and fixed bracket ! LOL! none of that stuff were you get knocked out and have to sit on the sidelines.

i like the class ideas i agree not enuf 4wd's to make a class for them. id go turbo
2L ova
2L under sort of thing
but would also like to see maybe the top 6 from each class line up 4 braging rights and all. also if you are in those races its the best thing on earth sitting beside a car all the way down the strip. also take the top car from each class and put them up against each other.

and last part of the day just grudge match (anyone on anyone) always good fun to bad no hondas to luf at.....

How about having the classes in time brackets so your always racing a car near the same speed as you.

That is why it would be good to have grudge racing in the first half of the day where you can just line up anyone you want... then at lunch time, we can sort everyone into order... and have

1st vs 2nd
3rd vs 4th
5th vs 6th ...

etc for each class :) so the afternoon racing will be a lot closer, and better to watch... :D
