Saturday 26th - Palmerston North:
Show and shine, cruise, activities, food and prizegiving.
Sunday 27th - Feilding:
Track day at Manfeild Autocourse
Event Pricing:Full event - $280 (Track, Accommodation, Dinner)
Track + Dinner - $200
Accommodation + Dinner - $140
Accommodation - $100ea (3 nights)
Track Day Alone - $190 (lunch included)
Extra Driver - $75
Track lunch - $25 (for spectators)
Dinner - $50 (children $13 each)

Register by downloading, filling out and sending us the track entry form.
Rules / Requirements:
• Helmet & Fireproof Overalls
• WoF and Registration for all cars that aren’t dedicated track cars.
• Passengers allowed (no cage required)
• Under 12s allowed on site but must be supervised
• Must be 16 or over to be on the track
• Under 16s allowed during lunch time cruise (100 kph speed limit)
• Free driver training at any time subject to trainer availability
• Racing continues rain or shine (Manfeild is an all weather track)
• All drivers to complete Track Entry form prior to Monday 4th May
• Full terms & conditions included in track entry form
Accommodation:We have 2 accommodation options available.
You can book your accommodation through us in a cosy home in Feilding, however spaces are limited and will be first in, first served.
$100 per person covers you from Friday night through to Monday morning if needed.
We’ve also reserved some cabins at the Palmerston North Holiday Park if you’re keen on more social nights, mention you are a part of the NZPPCC to book your cabin.

Cruise & Lunch (Saturday)
As a part of the cruise we will be stopping for a lunch break – this isn’t provided in the event costs so make sure you account for this.
Dinner (Saturday)
We are having dinner at Yatai, a Japanese izakaya Restaurant 7pm, $50 per head includes dinner and a drink, Children are $13 each.

Full event timeline will be given to everyone in a booklet at the start of the meet, including information on the cruise, accommodation, track, food and committee contact information.
If you're wondering why the name has changed, we are now holding separate annual meets for the North and South Islands. This gives members more chances to meet each other, have a great time and get out on the track!
