LSD or open differential:
Does one have less drivetrain power losses than the other?

Bugger all if any.
In the real world a LSD will out perform a open diff by prividing superior turn in, less understeer and quicker accelleration out of tight turns.
old, fat & slow - not as slow as you though.

How many people here actually have an LSD on their P11, are they hard to come by?

i'd say open diff would have less power due to it spin one wheel like a crazy bitch and not going anywhere lol

Ex:    fastest auto 16.02

NOW: manual DE 14.8 knock maps
          manual VE 15.011

i have an open diff and it goes alright although i believe on the track it did let me down. and would be nice to be able to spin two wheels instead of one :P
