Have a couple of questions:

1. What time do we have to be there?

2. What is the plan if it's raining? Does it get called off & refunds given or does it get postponed to a later date?

I just spoke to Wendy from "Fram Autolite Dragway" AKA Meremere and she will be e-mailing all of the revelant documents etc off to you tomorow Greg (NoGr1P).. I think that it would worth firing her back an e-mail to ask both the questions Clint just posted here.

if raining it gets postponed to another available date.

from memory we get to start racing a 9am but gates are open at 7 and i advised people to get there early so we can check vehicles over

Ex:    fastest auto 16.02

NOW: manual DE 14.8 knock maps
          manual VE 15.011

I have cleaned up the posts of people who have already paid. Whats left is informational posts and posts from people who have indicated they are coming but have not seen their payments yet.

There are people who won't know for sure if they can make it until the day, if they turn up on the day & there is a spot available will they be able to pay in cash & race?

I would say yes. There is no reason to not go over the 50 cars. That is just our break even point. any more is a bonus to the club - which would be a nice thank you to the club for making it happen.

Who's taking what in the way of tools?

I'm planning on bringing a box of assorted tools down, but don't really wanna bring my trolley jack as it's crap.  Also, has anyone got access to a car trailer for when my gearbox splodes? :D

Also, there will definitely be an ambulance there so all the sub-11sec GTR's can go nuts 8)

I suggest that we have a target time for the driver's briefing of 9:30am, scrutineering is to be completed before then - so turn up by 9 at the latest if you're entering your car.
Kieran: thank you for being amazing... Have my babies.
